Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

• Clients may cancel their services with Radiyal by providing a written notice via email to [email protected] The notice must include the client's full name, email address, and the service(s) they wish to cancel.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.

Termination by Radiyal

• Radiyal reserves the right to terminate services at any time, with or without cause. In such cases, clients will be notified via email, and any prepaid but unused services will be refunded.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are not generally provided for services already rendered. However, Radiyal may offer refunds in the following circumstances:
  • If a service was not provided as agreed upon in the contract.
  • If there was an error in billing or payment processing.

Refund Requests

• To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email to [email protected] within 30 days of the billing date.
• The request must include the client’s name, account information, and a detailed reason for the refund request.

Refund Processing

• Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Services

Customized Services

• Services that involve customized work, such as bespoke marketing strategies, content creation, and personalized campaigns, are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Third-Party Services

• Fees paid to third-party vendors (e.g., advertising platforms, software subscriptions) on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
